Delivery & Return Policy

These terms apply to cabinet, countertop, flooring, and material packages supplied by BOLT POWER INC. / American Bay Construction LLC.

Delivery and pickup

Stock and made-to-order timing is confirmed on the quotation. Custom finishes follow the production schedule on the order.
Pickup is available after we notify you that the order is ready. Please bring the order number.
Delivery can be arranged to the job site. Freight, liftgate, and inside-delivery charges are listed separately when they apply.
Inspect cartons at delivery or pickup. Note visible damage on the receipt before the driver leaves.

Stock items in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 15 days of pickup or delivery, after we issue a return authorization.
A restocking charge may apply. Custom sizes, custom colors, cut stone, and installed materials are not returnable.
Concealed shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt, with photos of the carton and the product.
Missing pieces from a cabinet package are replaced when the shortage is on our packing list. Send the item code and a photo.
